This latte was literally a challenge by a tribe of customers for our Fall 2025 menu. Made with 100% real sweet potatoes from our local farmers market. This latte is still a demand and the results will satisfy your palate. If you love sweet potatoes then you have to try this seasonal latte you will love it…we promise!

Backstory on the naming of this latte: If you watched my page over the past years, one of the main food items that I contributed to Thanksgiving with my family was sweet potatoes. Each year I open AndySunflower Café for a few hours on Thanksgiving Day and post about me rushing home to make sweet potatoes (literally) for my family. Everyone loves them (blushing)….especially my daughter and my nephew. My recipe is an enhancement from my mother’s recipe book. I dedicated this latte to my nephew who started his first year of college this past summer (2025) and ended his senior year in high school with a state title in track & field.
